WAYNETOWN, Ind. (CNS) — Fred G. Glascock, 86, of Waynetown died at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday (March 7, 1973) at Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville. Born Dec. 16, 1886 near Hillsboro, he was a son of George J. and Olive Youngblood Glascock. Survivors include a brother and a sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Glascock, with whom he lived for the past 48 years; and three great-nephews. He was preceded in dead by a brother. He worked as a farmer and as a field drainage ditcher. He also was a hunter and trapper. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of Hillsboro American Legion Post for 42 years. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Saturday at Servies-Thomas Funeral Home. The Rev. Stanly Hicks and the Rev. Rex James will officiate, with burial in Rockfield Cemetery near Veedersburg. Visitation will be after 2:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.   --typed by Walt W
